I'm the friendly face behind Paws and Soul. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and what started from a genuine love of caring for them grew into the business I feel incredibly lucky to run today.
Before moving to Lincolnshire, I built Paws and Soul in Gravesend, Kent, where I spent my days caring for pets and running regular group dog walks. Over time, I got to know every dog's individual personality, quirks and needs, while seeing just how much they could gain from having a regular group of friends to adventure with.
After moving to Lincolnshire, I'm now bringing everything I learned and loved about Paws and Soul to Saxilby — creating small, carefully matched walking groups where dogs can exercise, explore, socialise and build genuine friendships.
For me, this has never been about simply taking a dog for a walk. I want the dogs in my care to be excited when I arrive, feel safe and understood while they're with me, and come home happy after an adventure with their friends.
My experience with dogs began long before Paws and Soul. I've spent years around dogs with different personalities, backgrounds and needs, including helping to foster and rehabilitate rescue dogs.
Those experiences taught me that every dog is an individual. Some are confident and ready for an adventure, while others need a little more patience, reassurance and time to feel comfortable.
That understanding is something I bring to Paws and Soul every day — getting to know each dog as an individual rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach to their care.
Trusting someone with your dog is a big decision. I want you to feel completely comfortable knowing they're in caring, capable hands whenever they're with Paws and Soul.

I believe great care starts with getting to know each dog as an individual. Their personality, temperament and behaviour all matter, and taking the time to understand them helps me provide safe, consistent and enjoyable care.
My group walks are full one-hour adventures, giving dogs plenty of opportunity to walk, sniff, explore and enjoy being outdoors. Dogs joining the groups need to be comfortable and appropriately socialised around other dogs, with a reasonable level of basic training and the ability to enjoy a full hour's walk.
Dogs are carefully matched with suitable walking companions based on factors such as temperament, personality and play style. This helps create balanced groups where dogs can become familiar with one another, build friendships and genuinely look forward to their Paws and Soul adventures each week.
Whether I'm taking your dog out for their group walk or caring for your pets at home, my aim is always the same — to provide reliable, caring and attentive care that you can feel completely comfortable with.
When I'm not out walking dogs, I'm usually happiest outdoors, exploring somewhere new or spending time around animals — which probably explains why I ended up building a business where I get to do exactly that every day!
Moving from Kent to Lincolnshire has been a big new chapter for me and for Paws and Soul. I'm really looking forward to becoming part of the local community, discovering new walking spots and getting to know the dogs and people of Saxilby along the way.
Paws and Soul is a very personal business to me, and I hope that comes across in the way I care for every animal entrusted to me.
